National Geographic recently published an article that sheds light on some of the dilemmas facing Americans who have SIRVA from the Covid-19 vaccine. A link to the article is attached at the bottom of this post. In case you are not familiar, in the United States, if you are injured by the flu or many other common vaccines you may be entitled to compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program commonly referred to as the VICP. Last year, the median VICP award for persons with SIRVA was around $100,000.00. However, as explained in the article, people with injuries from the Covid-19 vaccine aren’t currently eligible to file VICP claims. However, that could all change soon.
